The dwarves of dragon mountain.

I spaced out while watching the dragon so I got this thought in my head.

re: The dwarves of dragon mountain.

I guess this is the bit I'm going to be doing for this movie. Sorry about that.

re: The dwarves of dragon mountain.

I can already tell that this bit is going to be exhausting

re: The dwarves of dragon mountain.

Well, at least I get to consume space on the internet

Here's the lady.

I'm tired of pausing and unpausing the movies to make the graphics though

re: The dwarves of dragon mountain.

It's nice that they have rats instead of canaries, and four sided dice.

Show thread

re: The dwarves of dragon mountain.

I mean, this movie is not by far the worst movie I've seen, but it's also less entertaining than many that are just bad for other reasons.

re: The dwarves of dragon mountain.

Though, they measure electricity in ELPS, whatever that means.

Show thread

re: The dwarves of dragon mountain.

They should bring down the mountain regardless of the fact it will kill them, because it will kill them, and being killed is better than dying from whatever will actually kill them.

re: The dwarves of dragon mountain.

This dwarf who just wasted all the oil made a really bad choice.

Show thread

re: The dwarves of dragon mountain.

Guy who did it was a soldier or something, but he was afraid of the dark, and came to work in a mine.

The economy fuckin sucks, so naturally this is happening.

"Our thoughts are with you."

Fuck you fuck you fuck you fuck you fuck you fuck you fuck you fuck yuou fuck yuuo

re: The dwarves of dragon mountain.

This movie is faster than @taweret made it out to be.
It's also just as boring, amazingly.

Naturally, they also ran into the sound of subways passing or something

re: The dwarves of dragon mountain.

Oh, and the monster sounds like a whale

Show thread

re: The dwarves of dragon mountain.

Wait, why did the monster just be like "Hey, have my eggggs"?

Show thread

re: The dwarves of dragon mountain.

Oh Ada, I'm suddenly tearing up at the expressing of such simple little dream, even if it's so broken, of these doomed men.

Show thread

re: The dwarves of dragon mountain.

I wonder if they're going to eat that leg.

Show thread

re: The dwarves of dragon mountain.

And the old man whose leg is fucced is the cause of the collapse, and they strangle him without a word.

Show thread

re: The dwarves of dragon mountain.

Wait, was that just anesthesia?

Show thread

re: The dwarves of dragon mountain.

But damned if the soldier dude isn't just trying to make Calc or whoever feel better.
This is really damn tragic.

Show thread

re: The dwarves of dragon mountain.

Yeah. Jesus Christ, it goes from "I can't follow what's happening because nothing is happening" to "They're very painfully aware that they're going to die down here" very quickly.

re: The dwarves of dragon mountain.

Basically, if you're looking to drink a lot and cry a bit at the end, and you're me, this is probably a great one time experience.

re: The dwarves of dragon mountain.

@violet i was wondering that also. but it think the monster represents the natural world that the company has been exploiting and destroying/ the company via lady saw the monster as the enemy but it isn't. the monster ca't even protect its children from being devoured

re: The dwarves of dragon mountain.

@taweret So soldier-dude is an instrument of it to such an extent that he sees it as a monster too I guess.

re: The dwarves of dragon mountain.

@violet i think so

re: The dwarves of dragon mountain.

@violet he jsut like puts him in a sleeper hold til he passes out

re: The dwarves of dragon mountain.

@taweret This scene is really making up for the rest of the movie.

re: The dwarves of dragon mountain.

@violet right? like it's not what you think it's going to be and it gets weirdly good at the end

re: The dwarves of dragon mountain.

@taweret I think this might actually be the best review on IMDB that I've found thus far, imdb.com/review/rw4913799/?ref

re: The dwarves of dragon mountain.

@violet yeah if you just see it on amazon it looks like an asylum mockbuster but it's very much not that. it's a weird find

re: The dwarves of dragon mountain.

@violet it used to be called Dwarves of Demrel and apparently it was a kickstarter film

re: The dwarves of dragon mountain.

@taweret It'd have been better with that name, honestly.

re: The dwarves of dragon mountain.

@violet the dvd cover on amazon looks like this which, just, this could not have less to do with the movie

re: The dwarves of dragon mountain.

@violet that doesn't even look like the dragon from the beginning of the movie

re: The dwarves of dragon mountain.

@taweret What... Who... This is actually just a terrible idea.

re: The dwarves of dragon mountain.

@violet there are people who will enjoy this movie but they will never find it based on this

re: The dwarves of dragon mountain.

@taweret @violet love that quote by *squints* creature feature corner

re: The dwarves of dragon mountain.

@Red @violet red, you need to watch this movie

re: The dwarves of dragon mountain.

@taweret @Red I can't find that quote O.O

re: The dwarves of dragon mountain.

@violet @taweret ours the very top of the dvd image

re: The dwarves of dragon mountain.

@Red @violet it has symbolism and such. i think...

re: The dwarves of dragon mountain.

@violet that's a good scene actually

re: The dwarves of dragon mountain.

@taweret And the guy who heard the rescue was clearly just saying that to get the other two in good spirits.
