apparently snakes have little proprioception in microgravity, and will tie themselves in knots for comfort thinking they're tangling with other snakes, or even attack themselves. this is,,, a lot sadder than what I expected when I searched for "zero gravity snake"

I was thinking they would like try to swim in the air as if it were water, not have a panic attack. poor little noodle
