I've had a dissociative shutdown during my past few therapy appointments, so idk that I even could talk to someone about Everything even if I did feel worth it

Could you type up the thing, print it out, and bring that to the therapy appointment so the therapist has something to work with? Or does this therapist really prefer to talk with the mouth?
