Please don't take this the wrong way. But are you sure you know what you are doing?
In many of these countries homosexuality (and LGBTQ+ in general) is punishable by death. Many of these countries routinely monitor private communications. So, email is a big no no.
At the very least provide a PGP key, so people can send encrypted email. Better yet use Signal/WhatsApp.

@kwanre Yes, I'm well aware. Many of the people you speak of aren't going to have the technical know-how to set up PGP communications either. It's also why I've been primarily targeting organisations or those already in the public eye to some level.
