My issue is with normative claims and authoritarian demands.
Local discussion is as it is, my choice to use or not use CWs is a considered one, like the choice to raise or lower my voice.
That is the essence of respecting someone's performative agency. Crystallizing a moralized, normative behavior with unthinking platitudes is some dogmatic bullshit and I'll call it as I see it in frank discourse even if I'd be happy to comply otherwise.
