Got a commission for the first time in ever. Unlike previous commissions this one is nearly done after about an hour of work. Not a bad work-to-pay ratio.

Spoke to my therapist today. She was super positive about my progress. I kind of feel like I'm hitting a thriving me.
She also inspired me to take a bit of a step:
June 15th, my imperative, hard set day for sending out some stories to mags to get published.
Or rejection letters until I get published. Same difference.
I still haven't yet, it seems kind of absurd now but I'm super happy I'm there at least.

Is it bad to say working in the service industry has actually boosted my confidence about my looks? I mean I still look rather guy-ish but I do care for myself.
I dunno what it is lately but writing seems like it's just flowing out of me immediately, no problem.
Unless I'm distracted.
Which seems to be all the time.
But when I put my mind to it writing is no problem!
Also a lot of my dreams lately have been about heading back to college. I'm not sure if my brain is trying to tell me something or not.
Watching people play Dead by Daylight before work. If there's a better form of preemptive catharsis I dunno what it is.
