Fat is not the deadliest component of the modern American obesity-causing diet. Not even close. It's sugar. Like the HFCS in those fruit cups the corn industry sold the USDA on as being 'healthy'. Diet-friendly food, moreover, does not, and should not, taste bad. Eliminating fat robs food of flavour which has to be made up somewhere else, which means sugar or salt.
More than that, quit advocating superfoods and tropical fruits. Don't want no kiwi or cantaloupe.
